Add a clear indicator of a thread's watch status. This would allow members to know a thread is watched at a glance without having to consult the /list command or web based dashboard.
Implementation ideas
- Append an emoji / text to the thread name
- regularly post reminders in the thread that it is watched
- regularly post to the log channel
