help2man is not in autotools

help2man states the package is in autotools. It isn't. It's in a separate help2man:f27 module.

@ppisar what compose do you talk about? I don't see help2man as a standalone module:

I do not refer to any compose.

I don't see help2man as a standalone module:

I can see help2man-master-20170901135943. I will build it for platform:f27 so we can add it into F27 compose.

See, it's not there because it's filtered out:

filter: rpms: - help2man - libtool-ltdl - libtool-ltdl-devel

That means it's not available in the autotools module.
