Select-by-Feature-Shuffling.ipynb is empty

Hi,

I just stumbled upon this library and I was looking at examples and I noticed that Select-by-Feature-Shuffling.ipynb is empty.

Would be amazing if that can be updated as I am looking to see how I can use feature-engine for feature selection.
