Report for sensitive datasets

Sensitive data records (health, finances, etc) are included in certain datasets, and sharing such a report with included sample information would violate privacy constraints.

Would be nice to have the "sensitive_data" parameter for the report generation so that only aggregated values and static charts without leaked information about individual records are included instead.
