Massage on application start

If I am correct, we did not define any message that is published after an application has been started. Do we need such a message?

We did talk about that just yesterday evening. From our point of view it depends on the pinning solution (inside vs. outside) we decide on. We may just use the vm started message . But a application started message would probably be a cleaner solution anyway.
