Problem in Onenote

The OneNote still downloads as OneNote 2016

Hello. Which command did you use to download it?

It downloads Office 2019. I guess OneNote will an old one anyway. So this is normal.

And One more thing O365 just says I can't find the configuration files. I think we can't do this cuz O365 is connected to accounts and not to the pc than other versions

Just use this command (do not forget to choose your components to download; I chose OneNote and Excel as an example). It will download the latest OneNote available.
Then of course Office 365 will have to be activated. Use https://massgrave.dev/
It will permanently activate evem 365 without a need to register an MS account. Feel free to ask anything.
