Inconsistent UI experience for Settings Activity

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Settings Activity

Expected

• The Settings activity should have the same entry animation as "My Rides" and "Profile"
• The Settings Activity should have the same action items in the action bar as "My Rides" and "Profile"

What happens

• The Settings activity has a different entry animation, replacing the action bar
• The Action items are removed from the action bar

Details

Reproducibility: 100%
Device: Nexus 4, Android 4.3, Stock ROM
Tested version: Play Store Beta v0.9.4.3, Published 13.09.2013
