may need a script to recursively set correct file permissions in the project (for new installs)

Many files require specific permissions/owners, especially the database and cgi files.  This is not currently a problem, but development can cause these file to get overwritten and potentially cause problems.  A script to run after a git pull that would set ownerships properly would be great.
