Support wildcard in version string of apt packages #71

@sgn4sangar

Description

@sgn4sangar

Apt packages are a bit different. The version string will have some special suffixes more to the usual major.minor.patch convention.
Eg: Package: gpg, Version: 2.4.4-2ubuntu17.4. Here the suffix portion is 2ubuntu17.4

Now the feature is to support wildcard * for the suffix portion. User should be able to provide a version string as follows in the package file.

- name: gpg
        version: 2.4.4*
