[Feature Request] Script to quickly add Load-Balancing and Failover

I'd like to ask you for a script that bundles the connections of two or more devices for

1. increasing upload/download speed
2. selecting the fastest connection as first device (auto-order)
3. redundancy as automatic failover option

Nr. 2 is important for lte devices as the connection quality can change daily due to external events (link quality/radio mast failure/network usage)

Use-case:

• External Router -> ether1 + Mikrotik with lte1
• USB-Tethering + Mikrotik with lte1
• USB-Tethering + Mikrotik + external Router over WAN / ether1 Port
• USB-Tethering + Mikrotik with lte1 + external Router over WAN / ether1 Port

How would that kind of script look like?
