Feature request: Same time now AND same country

It would be nice to have an additional type of release, what I might call "timezones-country-now", or some variation on that.

Basically this would function the same as the "timezones-now" release but time zones aren't merged together unless they are part of the same country. For example: America/New_York and America/Toronto, even though they currently share the same time zone rules, would be in separate groups because they are in different countries.

vvo/tzdb is a npm package that follows a similar rule to this:

Wouldn't it require additional manual work and political judgement to determine which area being which timezone is now which country

Seems like an interesting idea. I wouldn't be able to work on this on my own, so would need help from whoever is interested in working on this.
