compile 13-tcpconnlat error

GCC: gcc version 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-44) (GCC)

when I compile 13-tcpconnlat, I got the following error

I met the same issue, so do you have found any solution?

Check the bpftool/libbpf path. This may be an empty directory. You can copy a libbpf project to overwrite this empty directory.
