adjust services.properties with v1.2.0 install options

Note that parameters such as hostname, port etc are not updated by values provided at install time.
Should also add more options for SSL configuration, advanced parameters etc.

This is also true for the db connection details. Though inputs are taken during installation to create the env.rc, in practice, the preset values in services.properties are used. Tried changing this to a separate user with privileges on ethercis db and did not work. only the root user seems to work
