Is there a way to do HOST header based gateway listener selection?

I have a bunch of urls today that are answered by the same ingress nginx instance, and it does the routing mechanism based on the HOST header content that it receives. I could see an example of how to do it using the SNI, but is thre a way to do the same thing using the HOST header?
