Fedora 44 6.19 Kernel causes massive hang on eframe application #8027

Describe the bug
Before I describe the issue, I want to say that this may not actually be a egui/eframe bug. I have been experiencing some other weirdness in this kernel/os, but saw that my egui apps were basically non functional, experiencing whatever is going on the worst. After checking the issues, I saw that there is a release planned, and thought that getting another eye on what I am experiencing before release might be better than just leaving it.
When opening https://github.com/RoloEdits/tog-discord-bingo, the application freezes, enough that the gnome frozen application dialog pops up. This happened on a binary that existed before the upgrade, as well as using cargo run with the issues, and both experiencing it. After downgrading to the Linux 6.18.16-200.fc43.x86_64 kernel, all other relevant packages remaining the same, just changing out the kernel, the desired behavior of a smooth experience returned.
I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti card on the 595.45.04 driver. This remained the same on both kernels.
Really not sure what could be causing this, but hope to get some extra eyes on this. Like I said before, this might not be related to egui at all, but the fact that it is in such an unusable state on a stable kernel, I thought I would be best to at least get other people to confirm if this is for everyone, or just my own broken machine. Sorry for the noise!
