Flashing Join Button

Steps to reproduce

In a text chat room, start an Element call.
Leave the call.
The Join button is temporarily shown where the video icon used to start the call is.

Outcome

What did you expect?

No Join button to show after leaving as the last participant.

This only happens in Video Rooms -- video rooms are in Beta so we should expect some bugs. This should be resolved before we move video rooms from beta to production but we are not focussed on that right now

Note that to reproduce this bug, you seem to need to hang up while the video room is in a PiP.

In my case it's a normal room and I selected the Element Call option.

That also happens with the Element Call started in a text chat room. In PiP the Join button flashes after leaving.
However this report is for the flash of the join button that happens on the top right of the call window.
