Description
It is enough for user to hear the same information once upon reaching element.
Especially for the users using assistive technology.

Preconditions
Analytics -> Machine Learning -> Notifications page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Type and press Enter.
2.Navigate to checked option.
3.Observe screen reader.

UI elements + NVDA Speech Viewer

Actual Result

• Option name and that it is checked is announced two times.
  Same with checked options for Level Selection.

Expected Result

• Element is announced one time ("System checked 1 of 4").
