should autofill box and send requests if user goes to licensecheck.edunham.net#username
not sure how to do this but it'd let people link examples to one another with less typing, and even stick licensecheck badges places someday?

it is how you change what is in the url bar in a way that does nice things to forward/back buttons and stuff.
