Description

This PR introduce scrollbars to the MFE to improve the user experience when dealing with large content areas
via a cherry-pick fb06133

@luisfelipec95 have you been able to test this?

Since it is a simple change and made by the community, I did not see it necessary to test before, do I test first before the merge?
