How to get zoom level?

How to get the zoom level of the shell's display? There is a public Widget.nativeZoom on Windows, but this is no official API.

The method shell.getZoom() has been introduced for getting the zoom of a shell:

With monitor-specific scaling on Windows, there is no semantics for the zoom of a display, as the zoom differs between the monitors of the display.
