DisplayName and Description Attributes of Node

In the UaNode class, do these field types need to be changed to arrays?

private LocalizedText displayName;
private LocalizedText description;

In UaNodeSet, the types are defined as lists because a Node may contain multiple DisplayName and Description entries for different locales.

Conceptually, the attribute is defined as a scalar value in Part 3. How the server supports multiple locales is an implementation detail.

This might be one approach to consider, but there’s effectively no thought given to or support for multiple locales in Milo right now.

Might be something to consider for an eventual 2.0 version; need to think about backwards compatibility implications.
