Multiple issuer services for same identity hub

We have deployed an identity hub and its contains a single issuer service for example,

We would like to know if it is possible to have multiple issuer service for the same identity hub. We have a use case where multiple issuers would like to be part of the same identity hub.

Yes, you should be able to have multiple issuers on the same IH runtime, but each would be bound to its own participant context and thus have its own DID document. Be aware that while it should be possible by design, we've never actually tested or verified this, so you might run into problems.

What will not work:

• having multiple issuers tied to the same participant context ID
• run an issuer and a credential service in the same runtime
