Issue in launching 4diac-ide 3.0

Hello,
Whenever I try to launch the 4diac ide 3.0 in windows , it complains about companion shared libraries.

So, do I need to manually install/get these libraries? If so where can I get them.
PS: I was able to use 4diac ide 2.0.1 without an issue. Above issue happens with the 3.0.

Hi,
this is most probably cause by the fact that you put 4diac IDE into a deeper file hierarchy. Please do not put 4diac IDE on your desktop or in your user directory. Please place it nearer to C:\.

The problem is that Windows can not handle very long file path and names. By moving 4diac IDE nearer to C this problem is circumvented.
