Manpage: Description of the 'cloak' command needs improvement

1. The description erroneously says
   ... using a cipher from extras/cloak/ciphers (second argument) ...
   while looking into the tomb script reveals that in fact it is the first argument.

2. The optional second argument, the output file, is not mentioned at all.
