Swipe up on storyview and it dismissed automatically

Hey @ranmyfriend when i swipe up in the story view, the ACTION SHEET will open a while, within 1 second it automatically dismiss
please explain to me how can i resolve this issue
i want to navigate that user to a particular web page URL when someone is perform swipe up in story view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Tap on the story
2. and than simply perform the swipe up
3. within 1 second it dismiss automatically.
