[Bug]: SFTPGo cant access folders it created itself #2213

Bug description

I installed sftpgo using chocolatey on a windows server 2025 and configured it with the auth plugin. I set the base directory for testing to c:\sftpgo-users

I was able to login and i can see that it created a subfolder for my user in that base directory, but for some odd reason it cannot show folder contents, it cannot create folders inside that user folder and it cant even upload files to it.

sfptgo should be able to create files and folders in folders it created itself
