Node client #1

Hey @dougalcorn I threw together that node client real quick.
Just install it globally with node install -g node-emdr-client then run emdr and it'll pull data for 10 seconds and show the records / second. I'm not sure what the throughput should be but I was getting only 7-10 records / second.
Maybe we can talk about the actual data at gaslight coffee sometime this summer. I wrote this cli so it can be extended and used in a web server to possible push the data over web sockets to a d3 front-end or something.
