What is the workflow for using the snap skill? Do we use it on the day of the snap or a few days before? Should writing the snap email be a separate skill?

You can use it through multiple days, I think that's easier than adding a separate skill, since it preserves context. I just started the skill on Friday to send out the email; then I closed VSCode and reopened and restored the session on Monday to continue. Then again on Tuesday to do some fixups, and I expect to also resume next week to do the post-snap config changes (I guess that should be a separate step).
