DJI OSMO ACTION 4,5 PRO not accepting 0x0019 request in chunks of 20, only as a single 51‑byte write

I am trying to develop an app for the Garmin Watch to be able to control the Camera from the Garmin Fenix 8 watch in my case and after Bluetooth connection is estabelished the frame wont accept sending in chunks as garmin only can send max 20 at a time and Camera expects it as 51-bytes.

Can we have this to be supported so that we can make Garmin CIQ compatible?
