app uses glyphs that never actually appear in the game

App shows many glyphs that never actually appear in game. Begin? Worth? Interrupt? http://www.ingress.tv/glyphs.html has a comprehensive list of glyphs and glyph sentences actually used in the game. Can we get rid of the fake glyphs? Or at least have an option to turn them off? (worth bugs me the most, it's not even stylistically in line with the other glyphs. No glyph looks like a letter related to its name!)

These glyphs have all appeared in the Ingress story, but not in the game itself. While I would also like to see an option to turn them off, removing them seems counterproductive for that reason.

How can removing glyphs that are not used be counter productive? People will only be interested in practicing glyphs that are currently being used in the game. I myself find it very frustrating getting glyphs put up that are not being used. The only reason I downloaded this app was to practice for the game. I actually think it is counter productive to be shown glyphs that are not used. It is very confusing. Also only the names that are actually used for the glyphs should be used and the same name should come up every time, preferably the first name in the list that Niantic uses.

Most people will probably only want to practice glyph hacking, and thus the default setting should be with the glyphs that aren't (yet) part of any glyph sequences turned off. However, some people also like to follow the story, and understand the glyphs appearing there. Hence the option to turn them back on, instead of removing them from the app altogether.
