Decide what characteristics we want each repo to have? #2
Description
For each role that we serve with this github org, we should be sure to have certain norms to address basic needs. I'd suggest:
- An opensource license.
- A contributing.md file that clearly states who can/should edit the repo and how pull requests should be managed.
