Data collection for first public release

Below are the minimum requirements for launching the "data vendors" section of the project:

1. Add the rest of the vendors' website urls
2. Check SORM vendors and possibly add them to the csv
3. Add more vendors (from recent reports and other resources)
4. Add new fields for data collection in the csv and add data for all vendors
