[Bug] BLOCK_MEDIA not used

It seems that BLOCK_MEDIA has no effect and I cannot find it in the code. It might be a documentation error (README.md).

Definitely a documentation issue although it should be reported. I ripped out such a massive amount of code building this the first time that I must have broken that feature.
