Webpack code splitting

Probably only a few but to improve even a bit the performance some js files/functions of the starter kit might be better to be loaded if the code would be splitted (for example modals)

P.S.: Note most of the js in the starter kit probably need to be set at boot time as they are use to integrate the deck
