Show timestamp during swipe to seek #766

Description

Describe the feature request

When you're using "swipe to seek", you get the scrub previews and the progress bar but do not get the timestamp that you're currently previewing/will seek to. Swipe to seek is a great way to scrub videos and I try to use it when I want to skip to a certain time too (like when I go back in a video and then want to go back to where I was), but if you can't tell from the preview frames, this can require some trial and error. Showing the timestamp next to the progress bar would make it much easier to swipe to the exact point in the video you want.
