Get-FabricWorkspace should filter by capacity

Problem description

Business owners will be interested only in the capacity that they are paying for.

It would be really useful to be able to output only the workspaces assigned to a capacity without additional coding.

It would be even more useful to be able to pass a capacity object to Get-Workspace either down the pipeline or as an array to a capacity name filter

By accident, I found that sucha function exists: Get-FabricCapacityWorkload

I would suggest adding this to Get-FabricWorkspace because no one ever would look at Get-FabricCapacityWorkload.

Ignore my comment above. I confused Get-FabricCapacityWorkload with Workspace. This function does return different things.
