Provide a global configuration for improving user experience during usage-tracking #2
Description
It would be great if we could provide some global config so that users could choose to opt-in to the usage tracking program by selecting yes-all and other usage-tracking packages could rely on the config so that user only needs to go through the prompts once. Also, we could add a mode where the initial prompts are more verbose for the first usage-tracking package and less on new ones.
