[WORKFLOWS] Validate SDK can auto-heal when grpc connection drops

We've had the same issue on both dotnet and python workflow implementation. Which has now been fixed on both accounts, leading to a more stable experience, which is very important for adopters.

This ticket is for someone to validate that the Java-SDK doesn't suffer the same issue. If it does suffer, it needs fixing.
