Clarification on defining compatibility for an add-on plugin

I'm looking at https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/ which exposes dozens of new widgets for the traditional site-wide widget area. Gutenberg also includes a section called "widgets" however none of this plugin's widgets appear in there. I 100% get this but I just want to clarify if this is considered working/compatible since many non-technical people might not get the difference between the two. None of the plugin's widgets are available from the classic editor (without another plugin, at least) so I'm leaning towards "yes, compatible."

I'd consider this "yes, compatible" too only because it's dependent on another plugin which isn't yet compatible. For our purposes, having the parent plugin, "SiteOrigin Page Builder", listed as incompatible is sufficient.

Thanks Daniel, I also wanted to make sure that "my widgets aren't appearing in Gutenberg" wasn't considered "broken" because Gutenberg's widgets aren't the same as WordPress's widgets and we're only focusing on the main editor.

It's not an immediate compatibility issue, no. Gutenberg won't be exposed outside the Post editor.

They're expected to function normally.
