Add a beats output

💡We can may be use the protocol used by beats to communicate with Logstash to see FSCrawler as a beats component even though built in Java.

This one will require first to spilt the project into multi modules for:

• input
• filter
• output

I started a branch on this but it's more complicated than a simple refactoring...
Anyway, still considered... :)
