Add support for managing archived chats

if the chats are archived from desktop App they cant be accessed/unarchived or read via nchat

Hi @wolfsoldier47 - yes that is a current limitation. However if it is a direct chat (not group), I believe you can use the address book (alt/opt - n) and select the contact, and the chat will be unarchived and visible in nchat.

For this feature request I assume the desired functionality is to be able to list archived chats, and also to unarchive (and archive).

I think that's a key feature for WhatsApp clients. In my further searching here, I found #190, so never mind.

Hi again - support for archiving (alt/opt-a) chats and unarchiving (by opening them from the contact list) has been added in v5.14.17 / f44ef4c.
