Mac: Avalonia Application quit unexpectedly.

1️⃣ Steps to reproduce

1. install the zip and release zip file to single application file.
2. move the application file to Application folder.
3. right click a svg file and select open with ImageGlass
   Cannot open the svg file and App ImageGlass exist unexpectedly.

2️⃣ Actual behavior

May cannot open svg file.

3️⃣ Expected behavior

show the svg file normally

Hi @Thesoul20, when it happen again, can you click "Report" button and copy the full details?
I also encounter this issue but yours may be different
