Windows OS version
Windows 11 24H2
ImageGlass version
10.0.0.314-beta-win-x64
ImageGlass release
Classic
1️⃣ Describe the feature
The ImageGlass 10 beta seems to use the Windows thumbnails not only for the bottom thumbnail row, but also as a faster preview between image navigation. Unfortunately this is incredibly distracting because I have some AVIF Images that Windows Explorers AVIF extension (and thereby also Windows Photos App) is interpreting incorrectly so they have completely wrong colors (a yellow and cyan mess).
All other applications like GIMP, Firefox and ImageGlass itself, both 9 and 10 are displaying the images itself then correctly, but while in ImageGlass 9, only the bottom thumbnails row has the wrong colors, now I also get them between image switching and during a slideshow which is completely jarring.
I would therefore request an option to ignore the windows integrated thumbnails, at least during image switching, but ideally also for the bottom row previews.
2️⃣ How to use feature
Activate the thumbnail ignore option in the settings
