ctrl+shift+c shortcut didn't work

1️⃣ Steps to reproduce

1. open a pic
2. press ctrl+shift+c
3. in windows File Explorer, press ctrl+v (didn't work)

2️⃣ Actual behavior

It didn't copy the file or put into the "copy" queue

3️⃣ Expected behavior

Copy the file or put into the copy queue, and show the it copied N files.

Right click and choose the copy in the panel, it works as casual, only shortcut key didn't work
