Add `ubuntu-24.04-arm` to Chrome for Testing example

Situation

• The workflow example-chrome-for-testing.yml runs a specific Chrome for Testing version 140 in the ubuntu-24.04 GitHub Actions runner image.

• The latest stable version of Chrome for Testing is 152.0.7977.42

• Cypress supports the latest 3 major versions: 152, 151 & 150

• According to Chrome for Testing > Supported platforms linux-arm64 is supported since v153.0.8001.0

• Chrome for Testing availability shows >=153 available in the canary. dev and beta channels.

• Chrome Platform Status indicates a plan for Chrome 153 to move to stable status on Aug 26, 2026.

• browser-actions/setup-chrome@v2.2.0 added support for Linux arm64

Suggestion

Wait until Chrome for Testing minimum version v153.0.8001.0 is available in the stable channel. Refer to https://googlechromelabs.github.io/chrome-for-testing/last-known-good-versions.json for current status.

Add a matrix to example-chrome-for-testing.yml and test under

• ubuntu-24.04
• ubuntu-24.04-arm

Remove the explicit Chrome for Testing version selection:

        with:
          chrome-version: 140

so that the default stable channel is used.

Align the README documentation section accordingly.
