It would be handy to be able to open the table view on a specific family for at-a-glance monitoring purposes.
Presently the table view is family agnostic, this is quite a good thing as it's better for performance. E.g, when a performance issue hit the tree view in the past, the table view was much more usable. However, maybe we can achieve this in a more "static" way, by requesting the namespace hierarchy up-front (like the graph view does) rather than subscribing to it (like the tree view does).
