In the graph view the nodes and edges are in different layers. We then apply a small transformation to the edge layer to get them aligned properly.
For some reason, if you open a graph view, then switch back to another view whilst it updates, then switch back again these layers can become mis-aligned like this:

This issue is self-rectified on the next update so isn't a big issue but is a little annoying.
