[Chrome] Unable to copy multiple cursor selection

- One 
- Two 
- Three 
- Four

Step to Reproduce

1. Place the cursor on One
2. Select all the thought with keyboard: Cmd+Opt+A
3. Copy with Cmd+C
4. Create a subthought to avoid Issue Copy thought can not be pasted on the same indentation of the original copied thought #3622
5. Paste with Cmd+V

Current behavior

Only Thought One is pasted

Desktop.Unable.to.copy.multiple.cursor.selection.mov

Expected behavior

All of the selected thought should be pasted
