Crisp Chat UI Issues on Android Mobile App (Scrolling & Keyboard Overlap)

Experiencing usability issues with the Crisp chat integration when using mobile application on Android devices.

Observed Issues:

1. While typing messages in the chat, the user must manually pull/scroll the page up in order to continue following the conversation.
2. When the on-screen keyboard opens, the chat interface overlaps with the upper part of the phone screen, causing content to be hidden and affecting the overall user experience.

Attached videos demonstrate both issues for better clarity.

Hi @alamin-karno and thank you for your feedback,

We took time to talk about this usability issue and we decided to stick with the Web chatbox behavior:

• when keyboard shows, we keep the scroll position,
• when user sends a message, we scroll to the last message of the conversation.

The fix has just been released in v2.0.17, you can give it a try :)

This behavior is intended and will not change, it lets more space for user to scroll through the chat history as already discussed a while ago in #178 and user can access the header by hiding the keyboard with the "hide keyboard" button at the left of the navigation bar ;)
