Support Windows Task Scheduler S4U #594

Description

@ekcom

It would be nice to allow the selection of running tasks with Windows Task Scheduler in service for user (S4U) logon method instead of password (current default).
This allows better security restrictions and won't require prompting the user for their password at the command line.

This effectively checks "Do not store password. The task will only have access to local resources" in the GUI.

The Windows Task Scheduler Security options section with the option "Run whether user is logged on or not" and "Do not store password..." options checked
